Community and Economic Development Department
The Community and Economic Development Department is responsible for the administration and enforcement of land use within the City of Tipp City. The Community and Economic Development Department prepares and administers plans, policies and regulations pursuant to authority provided by Tipp City's Charter and Ordinances, and Federal and State laws to protect public health, safety and welfare. This Department is also charged with business and industrial retention, growth, and expansion.
