Zoning & Nuisance Code Enforcement

The City Planner/Zoning Administrator reviews plans for compliance with the Tipp City Zoning Code, issues Zoning Compliance Permits for construction of commercial, industrial, residential, and accessory structures and finalizes Certificates of Occupancy for new and enlarged structures within the City. In addition, the City Planner/Zoning Administrator responds to requests of zoning violations, limited property maintenance issues, weeds and high grass, and other violations of the city's Nuisance Code or check out the FAQ page for more information.
