Zoning Map
The Zoning Map is the official map which depicts the current zoning classification for a given property within Tipp City.  This zoning designation governs how this property can be used, setbacks for building, height of buildings, and many other zoning regulations which are specific to the zoning district.  The Zoning Map maybe amended or changed from time to time by the process as establised in Tipp City Code.

Disclaimers:  The Official Tipp City Zoning Map is be identified by the signature of the President of Council, and attested by the City Clerk.  Any unauthorized change of whatever kind by any person or persons shall be considered a violation of Chapter 154 and punishable as provided under the provisions of Chapter 154 of the Tipp City Codified Ordinances. 

Regardless of the existence of purported copies of the Official Zoning Map which may from time to time be made or published, the Official Zoning Map which shall be located in the Community and Economic Development Department shall be the final authority as to the current zoning status of land and water areas, buildings, and other structures in the city.
