Utility Billing Department

Tipp City's Utility Billing Department is responsible for billing over 5,200 accounts monthly for electric, water, wastewater, and/or refuse services. Tipp City's Utility rates are among the lowest in the entire Miami Valley Area. The City owns and operates an electric distribution system as well as a water and sewer distribution system. Refuse pick-up for residential service is contracted out via bids while the City maintains the billing. Refuse service for a Tipp City Business is open for the business to locate the provider of their choice.
