Board of Zoning Appeals


The Board of Appeals is established by members of City Council and consists of five members of the Tipp City community. Board members hear and determine appeals from administrative decisions, petitions for variances in the case of peculiar and unusual circumstances and hardships which would prevent the reasonable use of land, and such other matters as may be required by Council. Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM in Council Chamber, 260 S. Garber Drive.
