Park Rentals 

All City owned facilities are available for rent to any City or Monroe Township resident, in accordance with the fee schedule below. While the facilities are open to use by all persons, a City or Monroe Township resident must reserve the facility. In the event that the facility is still available 2 weeks prior to the desired date of use, the facility will be made available to any user regardless of residency. No facility will be restricted because of race, religion or creed. The City reserves the right to waive the fee for activities sponsored or supported by the City or for local service, fraternal or civic groups carrying non-profit status. Reservations may be made for all facilities by calling the appropriate number and reserving the facility in advance.

• Facilities may be reserved for the remaining calendar year after 8:00 a.m. on the first Monday in March.
• Round House 667-8425 $40/day (add $10 for non-resident)
• Timmer Pavilion 667-8425 $25/day (add $10 for non-resident)
• Kyle Sports Pavilion 667-8425 $25/day (add $10 for non-resident)
• Rotary Pavilion Available at no cost on a first come/first serve basis
• Payment must be made within one week of reserving the facility. If payment is not made within one week, the reservation will be cancelled.
• Roundhouse - a refundable $75 security deposit is also required.
• Payment for the rental of the Roundhouse and the key deposit shall be made in separate payments. 

Additional Roundhouse Information

• Hours for the Roundhouse are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.  
• The key to the Roundhouse must be picked up at the City Manager’s office Monday through Thursday immediately prior to the use of the roundhouse on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Users are encouraged to obtain the key in the early afternoon so the facility can be checked out and any problems brought to the City’s attention prior to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
• The key shall be returned to the City Manager's office no later than Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. following the use of the facilities on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• If the facilities have been left in a clean and orderly condition, the $75.00 security deposit will be refunded. If the key is not returned by the specified time or if facilities are damaged or in an unclean condition, the facilities deposit will be forfeited.
• Failure to return the key may result in the loss of reservation privileges for this facility.  
• If a person is requested to leave tables and chairs down, decorations up, etc. for the person using the facility the next day, the City Manager’s Office or the Parks Department must be notified in advance or the $75.00 security deposit will not be refunded.
• The Parks employees enter the Roundhouse on the morning after each event to make sure the Roundhouse is left in a clean and orderly fashion. If it is not, they will clean the facility for the next renters and the $75.00 security deposit will be used to repay the City for funds incurred in clean-up.
