TAX FORMS

Tipp City's tax form can be used by individuals and businesses.  Forms and instructions are mailed out to residents in early January of each year.  Tipp City accepts most types of generic computerized city tax forms.

 DISTRIBUTION OF FORMS

The estimated forms for individuals and businesses are mailed out quarterly (with the exception of the first quarterly estimated form which is still a part of the annual return). To receive forms on a quarterly basis, a declaration of estimated tax will need to be declared on the annual return. Retired persons with income consisting of pensions, social security benefits, interest and dividends may check a box in Section A of the Tipp City Income Tax Return. If you wish to receive a single copy of each of the tax returns, please send a written request to the Tax Department. The City of Tipp City does accept legible photocopies of returns.
