The City of Tipp City is seeking interested citizens to serve on the following Boards:
Restoration Board The Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month to review and implement the Historic District Design Manual; hear, review, and make decisions on Certificates of Appropriateness; review and make decisions on alternative equivalent compliance applications; and act as an advisor to City Council and the Planning Board on issues related to the Historic District or historic preservation in general. Applicant would be appointed to a partial term ending 12/31/18.
Board of Tax Appeals The Board meets as needed to hear appeals filed by citizens concerning tax assessments. Members are appointed by City Council for one-year terms expiring December 31st.
