Public Notification

2/21/24
The Tipp City Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, in the Council Chambers at the Tipp City Government Center (TCGC), 260 S. Garber Drive.  The public is invited to attend, be heard, and submit evidence/written comments.  On the agenda is a public hearing regarding a zoning text amendment requested by the City of Tipp City for modifications to Code 154.03(C)(4)(e)(iii) regarding the removal of the “supermajority” requirement for City Council to modify a recommendation of the Planning Board to City Council. The Planning Board will make a recommendation to City Council, which will later make the final decision regarding the Code modification.  The public is invited to attend, or submit your comments by calling (937) 667-6305, or provide written comments to the TCGC to the attention of Dawn Gross.  All applications and related documents are available to review at the TCGC.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting on 2/21/2024 @ 7:00 pm at the Tipp City Government Center, 260 S Garber Drive, to hear the following: 1) Case No. 1-24 - Jeremiah and Kaley Snow – 3845 Cassandra Drive (IL 2531) – A variance of 8.5’ to Code Table 154.04-7 to the minimum rear yard setback of 35’ for the single-family home.

Tipp City Planning Board will hold Public Hearing 2/13/24 at 7:00pm, in the Council Chambers, Tipp City Government Center, 260 S. Garber Drive to consider: A Zoning Map amendment to change the zoning of the property located at 59 & 85 Kessler-Cowlesville Road from HB – Highway Business (interim) to HB – Highway Business.

Garber Drive to consider: A Zoning Map amendment to change the zoning of the property located at 4025 S CR 25A from HB – Highway Business (interim) to HB – Highway Business.
