The Restoration and Architectural Board of Review (Restoration Board) consists of seven (7) members who shall be appointed by the City Council and shall serve three (3) year terms. No member shall serve more than four (4) consecutive, either full or partial terms. Members shall either be residents of the city or own a business within the district.
It is the desire to have a board that has individuals with a broad spectrum of knowledge on historic buildings as well as those impacted by the regulations being imposed upon them. Therefore, if possible, membership of the Board should include, but not be limited to, building contractors, architects, owners of businesses within the district, residential property owners within the district, and persons demonstrating skills or interest, which Council deems appropriate.
The Restoration Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:30PM at the the Tipp City Government Center. All applications for Restoration Board review are due no later than one week prior to the meeting date.
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
